Harper: In Living Color
Over the weekend I babysat my adorable cousin Harper. I secretly brought over my Go-Pro camera and filmed a video of her, and just finished editing it. Come watch it!

Snowboarding Adventure!
For Christmas, one of my presents was snowboarding lessons. So yesterday I had my first snowboarding lesson with my Dad and Hunter, while Christian took skiing lessons. So the very first thing we did was when our teachers said "Alright, I want you guys to go down this hill so that we can see about where you guys are with snowboarding." I was like, "I have never been on a snowboard in my life!" So Hunter and I are like okaaaay, here we goooo!! I had no idea how to brake and how to turn or anything. I started going down and I kept speeding up faster and faster until I was going so fast I was terrified for my life! So I went into "surfer style"where I slowly started to squat and put my hands on the ground, and next thing I know I was flying in mid air and then... I hit the ground. I thought, "Wow that'll leave a bruise…" So my teachers finally taught us how to brake and turn and to slowly slow down.
After our lessons were over, we were allowed to have the rest of the day to snowboard. I kept practicing down that same hill. I started to feel pretty confident, and I was having a lot of fun! Then Christian says, "Okay guys, I saw this other hill- it's just a little bit bigger than this one. Let's go try it out!" So we went up on the lift and we chose the easiest route on the harder hill since we were beginners. We started going down and there were lots of people zooming by us, and there were big hills with cliffs off the side, right next to us! I was so scared that I started out scooting down on my bum. I finally got the courage to stand up and started going faster, and faster. There was not enough room for me to turn and slow down because first I was worried that someone would end up running into me because they were darting down the hill so fast. Second, I was scared that I would fall off the side. The only way I could get down was to simply ride down normally or it would take all day since the hill was so tall, so I had to keep trying to get up. I fell so many times! I was so fed up with falling and why the heck we were on this hill as well as being mad at Christian, and wondering why the "Black Diamond" leveled people on the easy route? I mean, what the heck?! I hurt so bad, and had tons of bruises, and I was FREAKING out, (I'm pretty sure when I was mumbling threatening words, I swore…) Anyways, we finally made it down...ALIVE, and we were able to go down the easy hill a couple more times. My legs were SO tired I kept having to fall down because they were too weak to stay up. he he he.
So now it's Sunday and I am so sore that I can't even turn my head around. But that's alright, because being sore means I worked hard, and thats the best part! I am SO happy and thankful I got snowboarding lessons! I will just make sure I don't do that unexpected route again, until I get better at least.

The Hunger Games
Today my dreams came true as I was cast to star in the remake of the Hunger Games as Katniss Everdeen. It's probably the best acting and movie you will ever see!

Track and other fun stuff...
I just barely got signed up for TRACK and it is a lot of fun, but very hard. I do track with one of my good friends named Elli, which is fun because if we succeed at it, we succeed together. The first day we did a mile around the back of the school, and then we jogged two and a half miles up by the Farmington cemetery, and then we had to sprint up a hill and walk down TEN times! It was so tiring, but I still love to run, so I enjoyed every second of it.
Another thing that is going on in my life is TUMBLING. I love tumbling, it is SO much fun! It's fun to be flexible and to be able to do cool flips and do dangerous stuff. Some of my favorite tricks to do are backflips, multiple back-hand-springs, arials, and other fun stuff.
I also love making VIDEOS. I really want to be a director when I grow up because I love to make movies and direct. And another cool thing that is going on is that my friend is running for 9th grade officer and he picked me to help him make a video and show it to the whole school in an assembly. I'm going to show you a recent video I made with my friend Ashley.

Thanksgiving Break!
This past week was Thanksgiving break. It was so much fun! Monday and Tuesday was our only day of school for the week because of Thanksgiving. On Wednesday I went to my best friend's house. Her name is Ashley and we play together a lot! We always have a fun time together because we have a lot of things similar like we both have hamsters and we both like to be really creative and crazy. So I had a late-night with her and we did fun things together like jump on the tramp, play on our swing sets, spy on people, make movies on the computer, and laugh. Then I went home and watched a movie called "Fred Claus". On Thursday, Hunter and I woke up at the same time and we played a fun game called "Rock Band!" I was the singer which was so fun to me to feel like a famous rockstar and Hunter was the guitar player. Then me and Hunter, while waiting for Thanksgiving to really begin, jumped on the tramp, goofed around, and played with our fake guitars. Finally it was time to go to grandma's house to have Thanksgiving! I had so much fun. I ate a ton, I played some Wii Kinect, and ate delicious pie for dessert. Then Grandma and Papa said that me Hunter and Elisabeth could sleep over at there house it was so FUN! At night we watched two movies called "8 Below", and "The Polar Express". Then in the morning we ate crepes for breakfast made by Papa :) and played a ton of air hockey. The rest of Friday I just played with my friend Ashley again and Hunter played with Ashley's brother Derek and then my family picked us up and we went looking for our first real Christmas tree! It was freezing outside when we were trying to find one, but we found the perfect tree and it really makes our house smell like Christmas! Afterwards we talked my Dad into taking us to Red Robin for dinner and it was really good. I had such a fun day with my family and friends! On Saturday it was Krissy's baby shower! It was awesome. Everybody talked, ate good food, and watched Krissy open presents for her baby girl. My Mom brought the awesomest cupcakes --there were three different kinds of cup cakes: peanut butter, carrot cake, and the last was raspberry cream. After the baby shower, I went back over to Ashley's house and brought her three left over cupcakes from the baby shower and it made her day. We had another late night at her house playing night games outside with Hunter and Derek. I had an AWESOME Thanksgiving break! I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again!
